Perlite is a non-toxic, naturally occurring volcanic mineral that expands when heated, creating a lightweight, microporous growing medium with a very high surface area. This structure allows it to hold moisture while still providing excellent airflow to plant roots.
🌱 Why Use Grow Chem Fine Grade Perlite?
Grow Chem Fine Grade Perlite (0.3–2 mm) is specially suited to seedlings, propagation and fine potting mixes, where young roots need both oxygen and consistent moisture.

Thanks to its microporous structure, perlite holds water efficiently but allows excess moisture to drain away. This helps protect plants from overwatering and prolonged wet conditions while keeping roots hydrated.

Available in 2.5 litre and 5 litre bags, and with bundle options of 10L and 20L. All bags are measured and filled at the time of packaging. Please note that some natural settlement may occur during transport.
