Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Delivery is ALWAYS FREE - on EVERY ORDER sent to an eligible UK postcode.
We do not ship to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Please check the tracking information provided by the courier first. If there has been no update, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and we will investigate it for you.
How long does delivery take?
We offer free express delivery in approximately 1–2 working days to eligible Mainland UK postcodes. Remote Areas may take longer.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, or before 11am on Saturday, are normally dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.
We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, bank holidays or the delivery postcode.
What if I need to return an item or there’s a problem with my order?
Contact us with your order number if you wish to make a return or if anything arrives damaged, incorrect or missing.
For damages or order issues, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the product and packaging.
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days, and items should be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Do you offer bulk or trade orders?
Yes, many of our products are available in larger quantities. Please contact us with the product and quantity required, and our team will be happy to help.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email or text message so you can follow its progress.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Grow Chem is an online-only store and does not currently have a physical shopfront. Our website is open for orders 24 hours a day.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it has not entered processing or been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel or amend it.
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Yes! Spend £30 or more and 5% comes off automatically at checkout.
