Epsom Salt, also known as Magnesium sulphate, is a naturally occurring salt that possesses an enormous array of health benefits and applications including bathing, gardening and beauty.
Magnesium and Sulphate are minerals essential for our wellbeing. Magnesium deficiency is incredibly common in modern society due to diet and fluoride contained in tap water which acts as a block for magnesium.
The best and easiest way to absorb these powerful minerals is through the skin, making an Epsom Salt bath a truly therapeutic experience.
